1. Overview
Hors sujet is a local iPhone party game published by Appsolis. It works without an Appsolis account, bank connection or remote game server.
2. Information used during a game
Players may enter first names and make game choices such as mood, duration, answers and votes. These elements are used only to run the current game on the device. They are not transmitted to Appsolis.
3. Local storage
The application stores a local history of question pairs that have already appeared, solely to reduce repetition in later games. Current player names, votes and game state are not intentionally retained after the application session ends. Removing the application or its website data removes this local information.
4. Audio and permissions
A short notification sound may be generated locally when a player asks to review a private question. The application does not record audio and does not request microphone, camera, contacts, location or notification permissions.
5. Network, analytics and advertising
The game content is embedded in the application and can run offline. Hors sujet contains no advertising SDK, targeted advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Appsolis does not sell game data.
6. External website
The rules screen includes an optional link to appsolis.com. Opening it leaves the application and uses the device browser; activity on that website is governed by the website’s own legal and privacy information.
7. Children
The application does not create user accounts or knowingly transmit children’s personal data to Appsolis. Players should avoid entering sensitive information as a first name.
