Terms of Use

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Hors sujet, you agree to these Terms with Appsolis. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Purpose

Hors sujet is an entertainment game for a group sharing one smartphone. It presents private questions, guides discussion and voting, and calculates game scores. The application does not provide professional advice or a communication service.

3. Responsible play

Players are responsible for using the application respectfully, protecting private questions while passing the device and choosing an appropriate mood for their group. Do not enter sensitive information as player names and stop the game if a participant is uncomfortable.

4. Game content and results

Questions, intruder selection, votes and scores are provided for entertainment. Random selection may produce repetition, ties or unexpected combinations. Appsolis does not guarantee a particular game outcome.

5. Device and availability

The game is stored locally and may be affected by the device, operating-system version, available storage or application updates. Local history may be erased when the application or its data is removed.

6. Licence and intellectual property

Appsolis grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Hors sujet on devices you own or control, subject to App Store usage rules. The application, interface, name, software and original questions are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

7. Availability and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hors sujet is provided “as is” and “as available”. Appsolis does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for interpersonal disagreements arising during a game or loss of locally stored history. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

8. Changes and contact

These Terms may change as the application or legal requirements evolve. The date above will be updated. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. Apple’s standard licensed application terms also apply where relevant.
